About AP YSR Nadu Nedu 2022
The YSR Nadu Nedu Scheme was launched by the government of Andhra Pradesh (AP). The scheme is in place to develop the overall infrastructure of educational institutions in a phased manner. It’s all being done to make it to a required standard.
In other words, you can say that the government has proposed this scheme to improve the infrastructure as it happens to be the prime need for improving the education system of the state.
The above scheme is proposed to be implemented in a phased manner for over a period of 3 years and will commence from 2019-20.
The development work as proposed by the government will help improve the overall learning outcome. Not only that, it will also help decreasing the dropout rates in schools.
At present, as many as 9 infrastructure components will be taken up via this scheme. And so, a total of 44512 schools in Andhra Pradesh will be covered through the Nadu Nadu scheme which includes residential schools.
The first phase will witness almost 15715 schools to be covered. After it’s done, the Chief Minister has also asked officials to be focused on the 2nd phase of the Minister has also instructed the officials to focus on the second phase of the Nadu Nedu program.
As the first phase of the program has already been completed, the government had to spend up to Rs 3650 crore. For the 2nd phase, the government will spend up to Rs 4535 crore and will cover 12663 schools.
Inauguration of School Buildings Under YSR Nada Nedu Scheme
Under the ongoing YSR Nada Nedu scheme, the state Panchayat Raj Minister Peddireddy Ramchandra Reddy spared time to inaugurated new school buildings that were built at the cost of 60.35 lakh at Pedda Upparapalli village in the Andhra Pradesh Chittoor district.
The above inauguration was held on April 3, 2022. During his speech at the inauguration, the minister also pointed out that some additional buildings will also be constructed which will cost somewhere around Rs 96 lakh.
The Minister also laid the foundation stone for a number of development works in the Punganur assembly constituency. On this occasion, he also gave priority to a number of development works in the district for the tap drinking water.
As per the report, the state government of Andhra Pradesh (AP) has already sanctioned a budget of Rs 2700 crore to enable every household with tap drinking water in punganur, madanapalle, and tamballapalle districts.
In addition to the above, the construction of the reservoirs of the tap water is also in progress in areas like Aluvapalli, punganur, and tamballapalle areas.
At the same time the government is also intended to construct overhead water tanks in almost every village in all the above constituencies.

As we just mentioned above, the core objective of YSR Nadu Nedu Scheme is to improve the overall infrastructure of school in various districts of AP.
Using the above scheme, the government of Andhra Pradesh is going to develop the overall infrastructure of schools to basically improve the quality of education system. By doing so, it will also decrease the dropout rates of students.
At present, the Andhra Pradesh government will cover as many as 9 infrastructural components through this scheme. At the same time, the YSR Nadu Nedu scheme will also develop the overall standard of education.
