Launching of the Scheme
Before we dive deep to count the benefits of the YSR Cheyutha Scheme, let’s take a look at the details of this scheme. As the name suggests, the above scheme was first launched by the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh on August 12, 2020. It was basically designed to improve the financial condition of women in Andhra Pradesh.
The people of Andhra Pradesh are lucky to have such kind of scheme launched by the CM through video conferencing from his camp office situated in Tadepalli, Amaravati.
The overall budget of the YSR Cheyutha Scheme is over 17,000 crore. Out of the amount, the government has reserved up to Rs 4,687 crore. This amount is to be transferred directly to the bank account of all the beneficiaries of Andhra Pradesh.
Under the YSR Cheyutha Scheme, all those women who attain the age of 45 years on August 12 every year will receive the benefits directly into their respective bank accounts.
Those who cross the upper age limit of 60 years will cease to receive benefits under this scheme. It means the beneficiaries can avail the benefits under this scheme for a period of 15 years.
YSR Cheyutha Scheme Cattle Purchase
The Andhra Pradesh government is about to implement the YSR Cheyutha Scheme on November 26, 2020. After this happens, it’s expected that the state level machinery will get the required boost by empowering the people of the state.
Under this scheme, all the beneficiaries will be given an extensive support to sell their products to Amul. This can only happen if they have some good breeds of cattle that can produce a great deal of milk items.
In order to safely implement the YSR Cheyutha Scheme, the government of AP has decided to distribute cattle to the beneficiaries that basically include cows, goats, sheep and buffaloes.

In order to make this happen, the government of AP is expected to spend a whopping Rs. 5386 crore only for the purchase of cattle. In the next phase, (after distributing cattle), milk will be collected from all the women of the state through all the 9688 centers. The government will ensure all the arrangements are done properly to collect milk at Rythu Bharosa Kendras.
The cattle are expected to be purchased from different states of the country like Gujarat, Punjab, Haryana, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana, Tamil Nadu (TN) and from the AP state as well. The process of the local purchase of cattle will take place from November 24 to November 26, 2020. The government is eying to purchase as many as 1 lakh cattle before February 2021.
YSR Cheyutha Scheme Payment Status Phase 2
All the beneficiaries of Andrha Pradesh (AP) have the right to know about the details of the YSR Cheyutha Scheme as well as about the measures that government is taking to ensure all the promises made at the time of elections.
As you already know, YSR Mohan Reddy is working to fulfil the promises made to the citizens of AP, the government decided to release the 2nd phase of benefits under the YSR Cheyutha Scheme.
The 2nd installment of the above scheme kicked off from November 13, 2020 soon after the government released a sum of Rs 510 crore to cover 2.72 lakh beneficiaries under this scheme.
So, all those who are still to get the required benefits under the scheme will now be able to receive it finally through the 2nd phase of the instalment. As per an update in this regard, the benefit anount is raised by Botsa Satyanarayan and Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy.
However, the first phase of YSR Cheyutha Scheme witnessed the overall financial aid up to 3,937.90 crores. It will cover up to 21,00,189 beneficiaries from the state.
As it is clearly evident from the above, the financial benefit of the YSR Cheyutha Scheme will provide an aid only to the under priviledged women of AP who belong to SC, BC and ST category. The scheme will start serving them from the age of 4 years till they attain the age of 60 years.
The basic purpose to introduce and implement YSR Cheyutha Scheme is to strengthen the economy condition of the rural areas of the state. Under this scheme, a sum of Rs 75,000 (Rs 18,750 every year) will be transferred directly into the bank account of beneficiaries up to a period of 4 years.
YSR Cheyutha Scheme Info
As per the directives from the state government of Andhra Pradesh (AP), as many as 8 lakh widows and single women who all under the age group of 45 to 60 years are likely to receive yearly pension of Rs 27,000. In addition to this, they would also get a sum of Rs 18759 as well. This will become an amount of Rs 45750 per year (Rs 3,812 monthly).
As per the details given by the AP government, the Chief Minister has to say that his government has already signed a MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) with some top companies of the countries like Amul, Hindustan Unilever Limited, Reliance, and many other companies to strengthen the rural economy of the state.
It’s also done to promote the entrepreneurship among women of the state under the YSR Cheyutha Scheme.
As per the updates, AP YSR Cheyutha Scheme will serve hundreds of women beneficiaries who fall under ST, SC and BC. At the same time, the above scheme will continue to benefit them for a period of 15 years. This is quite a long period that they can utilize to become successful business women.
With the implementation of this scheme, it will surely serve hundreds of women who fall under the minority community of the state.
YSR Cheyutha Scheme Updates
The chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh YS Jagan Mohan Reddy launched the YSR Cheyutha Scheme for the first time on August 12, 2020. The above scheme was scheduled to implement in 2 phases.
Under this scheme, a sum of Rs 75,000 will be given to the under privileged women of the state for a period of 4 years.
The above scheme covers all women who attain the age of 45 years on August 12. The upper age limit of this scheme is 60 years. No financial aid will be provided to women who attain the upper age limit of 60 years on August 12.
Those who start getting the benefit under the YSR Cheyutha Scheme are free to spend the entire amount as per their own wish. The financial aid will be provided directly to the bank accounts of the beneficiaries. An additional Rs 18750 will also be provided to them for a period of 4 years.
In order to implement YSR Cheyutha Scheme, the government has already taken various measures. And for that to happen in a legitimate way, it has announced an overall budget of Rs 17,000 crore to spend in a timely manner.
Thumma Vijay Kumar Reddy, who is the commissioner of Information and Public relations, the scheme is going to benefit around 23 lakh women from SC, BC, ST and other minority communities.

Implementation
The implementation of YSR Cheyutha Scheme took place right from the day it was launched. The above scheme was launched for sake of providing financial aid to thousands of minority women in the state of Andhra Pradesh. Hence it was necessary to build a framework by the government of Andhra Pradesh before launching and implementing the above scheme.
For that purpose, the state government signed an MoU with three top Indian companies named Amul, Hindustan Unilever Limited and Reliance Industries Limited (RIL). The MoU was signed in the presence of the Chief Minister Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.
It was planned to discuss everything related to the YSR Cheyutha Scheme through a video conference that participated &G India CEO Madhusudan Gopalan, ITC Executive Director Sanjiv Puri and HUL Chairman and Managing Director Sanjiv Mehta.
All the above companies are directed by the government to not only provide financial aid to the minority women of AP but also to provide the most viable technical support to them as well.
Under the YSR Cheyutha Scheme, more than 25 lakh women will get benefitted. The government has to spend a huge sum of Rs. 4,500 core to implement the scheme.

Budget
It was on June 16, 2020 that state government of Andhra Pradesh sanctioned the budget for the upcoming financial year. And for that, the finance minister of the state B Rajendranath Reddy presented the budget of Rs 2,24,789.18 crore.
The above budget was meant to cover as many as 21 welfare schemes that are running on the state level. The aim or objective to release the budget was to improve the state level machinery.
In order to achieve the target, YSR Cheyutha Scheme is one that managed to receive a sum of Rs. 6,300 crore under this scheme.
