UPTET Assistant teacher result has been announced. It has given a sigh of relief to hundreds of successful aspirants who appeared in the official teacher’s exam  conducted by UPTET.

UPTET Assistant Teacher Result 2020 has been announced today i.e March 13^th 2020 (Wednesday).

The exam was conducted on 06 January 2019 (Sunday) to recruit approximately 69,000 vacancies of assistant teacher.

 

Total number of candidates registered:                           Over 4,31,466

Total number of candidates appeared:                            Over 4,09,530

Total number of candidates declared qualified:            Over 1,45,517

Steps to Check the result

Those who appeared in the candidate examination can go to the authority’s website – atrexam.upsdc.gov.in – and download their results with following steps.

 

• Step 1: Click on the link atrexam.upsdc.gov.in.

• Step 2: Submit the requested information by filling it.

• Step 3: Now the result will come on the screen, you take a printout of it.

 

Controversy on the UP Assistant Teacher Result: Cut- off clash

 

UP Basic education minister has set the standards to fix the percentage of qualifying pass percentage in different category which made 65% (97 out of 150 marks) for general candidates and 60% (90 out of 150 marks) for reserved category candidates.

However a bench headed by Justice Pankaj Kumar Jaiswal and Justice Karunesh Singh Pawar of the Lucknow bench of the High Court ruled in favour of the Government.
