UPSC Assistant Director Recruitment 2025 Begins: Apply Online Before August 14

UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) has released its notification against the Assistant Director post. Age Limit

If you fall under the General or EWS category bracket, then you must have attained 35 years of age. For OBC candidates, the age limit will be up to 38 years. For reserved category candidates (SC, ST), the age limit will be 40 years. Lastly, for Divyang, the age limit will be 45 years.

 

Educational Qualification

The eligibility for the Assistant Director position requires a postgraduate degree in Computer Science or Computer Application from a reputed Indian institute. Candidates should also need to have a bachelor’s degree in Computer-related fields such as Engineering or Technology, and must additionally have an MTech degree.

 

Application Fee

Applicants belonging to the General category must pay a non-refundable fee of ₹25 via online payment mode. Meanwhile, candidates from SC/ST categories, women, and PwD (Persons with Disabilities) are exempted from the fee.
