UP NEET UG Counselling 2025: Seat allotment for candidates who appeared for UP NEET UG 2025 for 85% MBBS/BDS seats will be done today on the official website at upneet.gov.net. As per the update, as many as 32,230 candidates have been declared qualified for the above exam. In addition to the above 1531 candidates have been added.
All qualified candidates can download their respective allotment letters between 18-23 August and between 25-26 August. In case, you wish to apply for resund, it can be done before round 2 allotment. However, the policy for refund will differ as per the private and government colleges.
UP NEET UG Counselling 2025: Round 1 Allotment
UP NEET UG Counselling 2025’s first round seat allotment results for 85% state quota seats will be announced today by the Directorate General of Medical Education and Training (DGME), Uttar Pradesh.
Those who have completed registration and choice-filling for MBBS and BDS seats in Uttar Pradesh’s government and private colleges can check their allotment status through the official site: upneet.gov.in.
The option to choose colleges was granted to applicants who had completed their document verification and paid the registration fee within the prescribed time. The revised merit list confirms that 32,230 candidates qualified for UP NEET UG 2025 counselling, while 1,531 more have been added to the list for state seat allocation.
The download window for seat allotment will remain open from August 18 to 23, and will reopen again from August 25 to 26.

UP NEET UG Counselling 2025: Refund Guidelines for Round 1 Allotment Announced
Candidates who are willing to withdraw from their first-round allotment must resign no later than two days before the second-round choice-filling opens. A refund of the security deposit will be issued to those who leave within the free exit period.
All deposits, excluding the admission fee, will be refunded to students allotted government colleges, while private college allottees will be refunded the tuition fee.
