TS SSC Result 2020: TSBIE (Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education) is going to release the result for class 10 or SSC today. All those candidates who had appeared for their respective exams can now check their results by visiting the official website.

They can also visit the Govt Job Hiring page to stay updated as well. For TS SSC Result 2020, as many as 534, 903 students had appeared for the exam.

As per the original scheme of the examination, it was earlier schedule to get started from March 31, 2020. But the entire exam had to be called off due to the lockdown in the country due to the novel coronavirus.

At the tie of the lockdown actually implemented in the state, only 3 exams were conducted. Due to the lockdown, the examination process could not be continued resulting the cancellation of 9 exams including mathematics, English and science.

 

How will Telangana TS SSC students be promoted?

 

As per the earlier order, the TS SSC Board clarified that it won’t be conducting any exam this year due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Due to this, the students would automatically be promoted to the next class. This will happen after assessing them on the basis of their marks scored in their internal assessment.

As per the TS SSC Board, the result will consist of an internal assessment of 20 per cent. But the year 2020 is going to be different as it would get scaled up to 100 per cent.

In order to make the right assessment for each candidate who had to appear for TS SSC exam this year, it was proposed that each student will be awarded a specific grade in each of the subjects.

And so, the overall grade or score will be determined on the basis of their internal grades or scores. This is how the final assessment of the students will be made this year.

As per the official statement released in this regard, it said, “The Chief Minister has decided that all the 10th class students will be promoted to the next class by giving them grades based on their internal assessment marks,” it concluded.
