SSC CHSL 2020: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has issued the notification for the Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) 2020 through its official website @ scc.nic.in.

The Commission conducts exam for the posts of lower divisional clerk, junior secretariat assistant, postal assistant, sorting assistant, and data entry operators for various ministries, departments or offices of the government of India.

Eligibility Criteria for SSC CHSL Exam

Candidates must have passed class 12 or equivalent exam from a recognized board or university.

For DEO posts, however, the candidates must have a science stream with mathematics as a subject.

Candidates need to visit the official website for the relaxation in age, educational qualification criteria, fees etc.

SSC CHSL 2020: Exam pattern

  • The exam for SSC Tier I will be conducted through a computer based process. The exam will consist of objective type, multiple-choice questions only.
  • In the next stage their will be a descriptive paper for SSC Tier-II exam.
  • In the next stage for SSC Tier-III, IV there will be a skill test or typing test.
  • The questions will be set both in English and Hindi for part-II, III, and IV. However, there will be a negative marking of 0.50 marks for each wrong answer.
