PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme Farmers to Get Rs 2000; Advised to Check Their Names in the List

PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme: Under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme, crores of farmers are getting benefitted as they receive a sum of Rs 6000 in 3 installments that are paid quarterly. The above scheme is launched under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi to ensure that farmers get constant earnings and are not only dependent on their crops.

The said amount is directly transferred to the respective bank accounts of farmers only after they satisfy the minimum eligibility criteria. In case, you are still to register for the above scheme, we urge you to go for it to get the benefit under this scheme.

Until now, crores of farmers are able to get the benefit under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme where you will get the funds for the upcoming 8th installment. So far, 7 installments have been given to the farmers from the time it was launched.

In general, farmers receive the first installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme by April 20. And so, the first installment generally arrives anytime between April 1 to July 31.

  • If your installment is due, you are requested to check your name in the list:
  • First, visit the official website of PM Kisan: https://pmkisan.gov.in
  • Go to the Farmer’s Corner option after you reach to the homepage of the website
  • Click on the option Beneficiary List 4 after reaching out to the Farmers Corner section. After that, simply select the state, district and sub district from the drop down list.
  • Click on Get Report where an entire list of beneficiaries will appear. Check your name in the list.

Most beneficiaries are asking why there is a delay in the payments. Well, it’s mainly because the verification process is getting delayed due to the ongoing second wave of Covid-19 in the country.

At the same time, the government has also started recovering money from all those ineligible farmers who were getting an undue benefit of the PM Kisan scheme. Now, after this process is over, a sum of Rs 10,000 crore will be released to around 9.5 crore farmers across the country.
