Manipur One Family One Livelihood Scheme: Just like various state governments are engaged in announcing a number of welfare schemes, Manipur state government also announced a similar one.  Under this scheme, the beneficiary will get a grant of Rs 10 lakh up to the age of 65 years.

Under the scheme, the state government of Manipur has decided to give out a grant of Rs 10 lakh for each family of the state. The remaining funds can be used by the beneficiary invest in their businesses. In this scheme, up to 30% of the Rs. 10 lakh incentive will be given as aid.

Objective of Manipur One Family One Livelihood Scheme

The scheme has been launched by the Manipur state government to help families to become financially independent.

To run the scheme comfortably, a budget of Rs 1,000 crore has already been set. Also, the approval of Rs 10 lakh incentive is a big win for beneficiaries as well.

The scheme will run in such a manner that up to 30% of incentives will be provided as financial aid to families so that they can run their own businesses. And so, the remaining funds can be utilized by the beneficiaries to make additional investments in their companies.
