Technician (Fitter)-NS3: ITI (NCVT / SCVT) course in Fitter trade from a Technician (Civil)-NS3: ITI (NCVT / SCVT) in Mason (Building Constructor) trade from a Govt. recognized Board/University/ Institute and/or ITI (NCVT / SCVT) in Plumber trade from a Govt. recognized Board/University/ Institute. Technician (Electronics)- NS3: ITI (NCVT / SCVT) course in Electronics /Electronics Mechanic trade from a Govt. recognized Board/University/ Institute.
