KVS Admission 2020 Highlights

• The admission will be made online of the official website of the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan at kvsonlineadmission.kvs.gov.in.
• The registration for the Class 2 will also be conducted from July 20, 2020, 8 AM onward.
• The provisional select and waitlist of registered candidates will be released of the official website on August 11, 2020.
• The KVS will release 2nd list on August 24, 2020.
• The KVS will release 3rd list on August 26, 2020.
• However, the final selection list for admission to KVS class 1 will be declared by August-2020 end.

23 New Kendriya Vidyalayas (KVs) in remote areas of Jammu & Kashmir are proposed:-

• Presently, 36 KVs are functional in various regions of J&K.
• However to promote imparting education in remote areas of Jammu and Kashmir, the Govt has proposed 23 New Kendriya Vidyalayas (KVs) in remote areas of Jammu & Kashmir.

  Verinag, Ranipora, Gandoh, Kastigarh, Ganderbal, Jagti, Bani, Ramkote, Kupwara, Azote, Galander, Rinipora, Nowshera, Doongi, Ramban, Gool, Reasi, Katra, Kakryal, Vijaypur, Shopian, Shadat Karewa, Mantalai.
