  • Once you access the official website, the homepage will be displayed
  • Next, click Update Family Details
  • It will open a new page
  • It has an 8-digit or previously issued 12-digit family ID
  • Click “YES” and proceed by entering your Aadhaar number
  • Next, enter 8 digit (or earlier issued 12 digit) Family ID to receive OTP
  • Click  “Forgot Family ID” if you forget your family ID
  • After entering the correct OTP, you can proceed to access the data of all registered family members on the PPP page under point number 02
  • Next, click on the “MEMBER DETAILS” button located in front of the member’s name. It will allow you to edit and update the information of the existing family member
  • Next, enter all the required details

Self Update Mode: Amendments to the Parivar Pehchan Patra can be made by citizens through the Mera Parivar Portal using the “Update Family Details” tab. To initiate this process, follow these steps:

  • Access the Mera Parivar Portal
  • Select the “Update Family Details” tab
  • Enter your family ID
  • Input the OTP (One-Time Password) received on the registered mobile number of the head of the family into the provided OTP box
  • Following successful OTP verification, you will be able to make amendments to the Parivar Pehchan Card
  • Assistant Mode: Citizens who wish to amend their Parivar Pehchan Card can also do so through the nearest Common Service Center (CSC), Saral center, or PPP (Public Private Partnership) operator.
  • To facilitate this process, you will need to provide all the relevant information to the nearest CSC, Saral, or PPP operator.
  • The operator will then assist in amending the identity card, ensuring that the necessary changes are accurately reflected in the card’s information. This option provides a convenient way to make updates or corrections to your Parivar Pehchan Card.

 Please note that citizens are not permitted to update PPP (Public Private Partnership) ID details through the self-update module, and creating new PPP IDs is also not available through this mode.
