DMRC Recruitment 2020: As per the original notification issued by DMRC, a total of 1492 posts of different categories has been notified. All the posts released by DMRC falls under the executive as well as non executive categories.

For example, total number of regular executive posts are 60 in number. On the other hand, total regular non executive posts happen to be 92 in number.

In the same ways, total executive posts that are categorized on contract basis (for 2 years) are 106 in number.

Total non executive posts on contract basis for a period of 2 years are 398 in number.

DMRC Recruitment 2020 Qualification

 

Candidates who have not passed their qualifying exams or those who have already appeared for their qualifying exam but their results have not yet been declared, can also apply for various posts under the DMRC 2020 drive.

All these candidates will be eligible to apply for any of the DMRC posts but their candidature will remain provisional unless they successfully pass their final qualifying exam.

All such candidates will be asked to produce the proof of the successful completion of their final qualifying exam on or before of the result of CBT Psycho test or skill test conducted by DMRC.

DMRC Recruitment 2020 Selection Process

 

Non Executive Posts:

For all the executive level posts under section A and C, it will comprise a 3 stage selection process that includes:

• CBT (Two Papers)
• Group Discussion (GD)
• Personal Interview
• Medical Examination (Technical or Non Technical)

 

Non- Executive Posts:

For all the non executive posts under the current DMRC 2020 drive, the overall selection process will comprise a 2 stage process including:

• CBT
• Medical Examination

 

Customer Relation Posts:

For all the Customer Relation under the current DMRC 2020 drive, the overall selection process will comprise a 2 stage process including:

• CBT (Two Papers)
• Psycho Test (Qualifying Only)                        
• Medical Examination

 

Stenographer Posts:

For all the Stenographer posts under the current DMRC Recruitment 2020 drive, the overall selection process will comprise a 2 stage process including:

• CBT (Two Papers)
• Skill Test (Qualifying Only)                        
• Medical Examination

 

Maintainers Posts:

For all the Stenographer posts under the current DMRC Recruitment 2020 drive, the overall selection process will comprise a 2 stage process including:

• CBT (One Papers)                     
• Medical Examination

 

DMRC Recruitment 2020 Pay & Emoluments

 

Pay & Emoluments: The final pay and emoluments for all the direct recruitment or those on the contract basis employees will be as per IDA. The rules and policy are subject to change from time to time.

The pay and emoluments also include some other benefits like perks, E.P.F, Medical Benefits, Gratuity, Insurance cover and HRA.

All this will be decided as per the current rules of DMRC and are subject to change without any prior notice of the same.
