Short Information

Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has uploaded the updated results for class 10th exam by promoting over 2.14 lakh students who had earlier failed in the annual exam, by allotting grace marks to those who were close to the passing mark.

This was done to avoid any compartmental exam to be conducted in the pandemic time of Covid-19

• Inter Board Scrutiny Result Declared : June 29, 2020
• Matric Scrutiny Result Declared : July 16, 2020
• Updated Result Declared : August 07, 2020

Bihar Board 10th updated results 2020 | Highlights

• BSEB had announced the matriculation results on May 26, 2020.
• In Class 10th exam, a total of 208147 candidates including 108459 in one subject
  and 99688 in two subjects – had failed.
• After allotting the grace marks, 141677 more candidates (68.07%) have now been passed in matriculation.
• Now BSEB has passed 214287 more candidates out of the total 340633, which were earlier failing in one or two subjects.
• The students who have been given grace marks would now not have to appear in compartment exams.
• After awarding of grace marks to students, 72610 more candidates that is 54.81% have passed in intermediate examinations, while 141677 more candidates that is 68.07% have passed in matriculation exams of BSEB.
