AP DSC result 2025 are to be declared soon. After the declaration of results, candidates who appeared in the exam need to visit the official web portal apdsc.apcfss.in and download their result
As per the latest notification, AP DSC result 2025 can be out any time. As of now, the answer key of the MEGA DSC exam for the year 2025 has been out. And now, it is expected that The Department of School Education (DSE), AP, will declare the results next.
Now, after the results are declared, candidates who originally appeared in the exam need to check and download the result by visiting the official web portal apdsc.apcfss.in.
Very soon, the concerned department is expected to prepare the final merit list of selected candidates and upload the same to their official website. While declaring the results, the cut-off marks against the respective posts and categories will also be declared.
AP DSC recruitment 2025: Mega DSC Selection Criteria
The sekection of candidates who appeared for AP DSC exam will be based on the marks obtained against categories like Graduate Teachers (TGTs-Special Education) and School Assistants (SAs). The selection criteria is quite simple. These candidates will be selected as per the APTET/CTET score (20% weightage) and AP DSC marks (80% weightage)
For some other category posts like Secondary Grade Teachers and Secondary Grade Teachers, the selection will be primarily made on the basis of APTET/CTET(20%), and AP DSC (80%) marks.
For posts like Physical Education Teachers and School Assistant (Physical Education), the final selection will be done primarily on the basis of marks obtained in AP DSC exam. Please note that there will be no TET made for the posts mentioned above.
For CTET and APTET eligibility, OC and EWS candidates need to score at least 90 marks, BC candidates need 75, while SC, ST, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen require 60.
Certificate verification
The selected candidates need to produce their original documents at the time of certificate verification process
- TET Score: You need to produce your original marks memo
- Original qualifying certificates
- Age proof (birth certificate)
- Caste Certificates
If a candidate fails to produce their genuine certificates at any point of ytime during their certification verification process, or if he/she is found absent from the verification process, he/she will lost the right of selection. In such cases, next eligible candidate will be offered to take part in the certificate verification process.
The next phase of selection after certificate verification will involve the consideration of merit cum roster at the time of each appointment. And this is how seats will be allocated to candidates against their respective categories.
Please note that in any case, the total number of candidates selected can’t be more than the vaccancies. Further, no AP DSC waiting list will be there. In case, there is any vacancy needs to be filled, the same will be made in the future.
The final selection list will be made by the each concerned department and the same will be notified to the respective authorities. Further, those candidates who are fortunate and receive their posting orders will be made visible on the notice board itself. The same will also be notified on the portal right at the time of counselling, as per AP DSC.
AP DSC Result 2025: Tie-Breaking Rules
In case, if more than two candidates obtain the same marks, the process will then be followed to break ties-
Candidates who are older in age will be given preference than those who are younger. In the same way, a candidate who is of female gender will be given preference in job selection than a male candidate if both have the same date of birth.
Finally, if a tie happens, the candidate will be given preference according to their respective communities:
- ST
- SC (Group-I, Group-II, Group-III)
- BC (A)
- BC (B)
- BC (C)
- BC (D)
- BC (E)
- OC
If there is still a conflict even when there is a tie, then the date of passing the qualifying exam or equivalent (B.Ed/D.Ed) will be considered. In the same way, the date of passing Inter (10+2) exam for the posts of PET and SGT will be done. The passing year of graduation will be considered as a preference for the posts of Language Pandit and School Assistant in such cases.
